This memorial website was created to remember our dearest William Elson Rouse aka "Pap", "Uncle Bill", and "Bill", who was born in Wellsburg, West Virginia on April 16, 1929 and passed away in Steubenville, Ohio at Trinity Hospital on June 19, 2012 at 9:05pm. He will finally be reunited with his first born son Michael. As a veteran of United State Air Force he served his country proudly for 4 years and for many years he worked hard in the Steel Mills to provide for his family. You have earned your rest. You will live forever in our memories and hearts.

Survived by his loving wife of 61 years Dorothy Rouse, and there 3 remaining sons John, Thomas, and James; Grandchildren Trinity Ferrell, Jacqueline Connard, Elizabeth French, Sarah Dixon, Tyler Rouse, Amanda Rouse; and 8 Great Grandchildren Shelby, Kaydee, Travis, Garrett, Jonathon, Pierce, Alison, and Katelyn.
